At ASICREPAIR.in, we stand behind every repair we perform. Our warranty policy is designed to give you confidence when trusting us with equipment worth lakhs of rupees.

  • 15-day testing warranty on all repairs (parts + workmanship)
  • ✅ Warranty is specific to the repair performed — not the entire unit
  • ✅ Free re-repair if the same fault recurs within the 15-day testing period
  • ❌ Physical damage, power surges, and user-caused faults are excluded

What is Covered

Our 15-day testing warranty covers the following from the date your repaired device is returned to you:

  • Workmanship defects — any fault arising from our repair process, soldering, or component installation.
  • Replaced parts — all components installed by us are covered against failure due to defects in the component itself.
  • Same-fault recurrence — if the exact issue we repaired reoccurs within 15 days of delivery, we will re-repair it at no charge (excluding return shipping).

What is NOT Covered

The warranty does not apply in the following situations:

  • New or unrelated faults — issues not related to the original repair are not covered.
  • Physical damage — damage from dropping, liquid contact, improper handling, or poor ventilation.
  • Power surge / electrical damage — damage caused by unstable voltage, faulty power supply, or improper wiring at your facility.
  • Tampered repairs — if the device has been opened, modified, or tampered with by a third party after our repair, the warranty is void.
  • Inbound transit damage — damage caused during shipping to our facility is not covered. We strongly recommend transit insurance.
  • Firmware or software issues — unless firmware was specifically part of the agreed repair scope.
  • Normal wear and tear on parts not replaced by us.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us within the 15-day testing window via WhatsApp (+91 82087 52205) or email (support@asicrepair.in). Include your Repair Reference Number (RRN).
  2. Describe the issue clearly — include photos or videos of the fault if possible.
  3. Our team will assess whether the fault falls within warranty scope and confirm via WhatsApp within 24 hours.
  4. Ship the device back following our standard Shipping Guidelines. We cover return shipping for confirmed warranty repairs.
  5. Re-repair turnaround: Warranty repairs are prioritised and typically completed within 48–72 hours of device receipt.

Limitation of Liability

ASICREPAIR.in's maximum liability under any warranty claim is limited to the cost of the original repair service performed. We are not liable for:

  • Lost mining revenue or downtime costs during the repair period.
  • Consequential or indirect damages of any kind.
  • The market value of the device if repair is determined to be uneconomical.

In cases where a repair is assessed as uneconomical (cost of repair exceeds ~60% of device replacement value), we will notify you before proceeding and provide a written assessment report.
