Shipping Information

We accept ASIC miners for repair from every state in India. Follow these instructions to ensure safe transit and fast processing at our facility.

Step 1 — Contact Us Before Shipping

Always reach out via WhatsApp (+91 82087 52205) or email (support@asicrepair.in) before dispatching your device. We will:

  • Confirm your issue and provide a preliminary diagnosis.
  • Generate a Repair Reference Number (RRN) — include this on the package.
  • Provide our current dispatch address (confirm before every shipment as it may change).

Step 2 — Packaging Guidelines

ASIC miners contain sensitive electronics. Improper packaging can cause transit damage that voids your repair warranty. Please follow these guidelines carefully:

  • Use the original manufacturer packaging if available.
  • If not available, use a double-walled corrugated box with at least 5–7 cm of foam or bubble wrap on all sides.
  • Wrap the miner in anti-static foam or anti-static bags before bubble-wrapping.
  • Remove all power cables, ethernet cables, and adapters unless they are part of the fault (e.g., a faulty PSU cable).
  • Mark the outside of the box clearly: "FRAGILE — ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT — DO NOT DROP".
  • Place your contact details (name, phone, WhatsApp, email) and your Repair Reference Number on a printed sheet inside the box.

Step 3 — Choosing a Courier

We recommend the following courier services for pan-India shipments:

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Always book a door-to-door service.
  • Declare accurate item value for transit insurance.
  • Send us the tracking number via WhatsApp immediately after dispatch.
  • We are not responsible for transit damage on inbound shipments.

Transit Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing transit insurance when shipping high-value equipment (Antminer S19 Pro, Whatsminer M30S++, etc.). ASICREPAIR.in will not be liable for damage caused during inbound transit.

For return shipments, we package your repaired device professionally and book insured shipping via our preferred logistics partners. Return shipping costs will be communicated in your repair quote.
