Welcome to ASICREPAIR.in. By accessing our website, purchasing our spare parts, or shipping equipment to our repair facility, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully.

1. Repair Terms & Diagnostics

  • Initial Diagnostic: All repair estimates are subject to our hands-on hardware diagnosis. If additional faults are discovered during chip-level repair, we will seek your approval before proceeding.
  • Turnaround Estimates: Standard turnaround is 48-72 hours from device arrival. Large batches or rare component replacements may extend this timeframe, which we will communicate proactively.

2. Equipment Handling & Storage

  • Shipping Liability: Customers are responsible for packing and shipping their miners safely. We are not liable for transit damages occurring during inbound shipping.
  • Unclaimed Equipment: Completed repairs must be paid for and claimed within 60 days of invoice date. Unclaimed equipment beyond 60 days may be sold, recycled, or disposed of to recover diagnostic and storage costs.

3. Parts & Repair Warranty

  • Diagnostic & Testing: All repaired hashboards, PSUs, and control boards are stress-tested on our live mining racks for a minimum of 2 hours prior to dispatch.
  • Warranty Coverage: We provide a comprehensive 90-day warranty on the specific chips or components repaired by us. Please consult our full Warranty Policy for terms and limitations.
